Cybersecurity and keeping your business safe will be the focus of the Warragul Business Group’s next networking event.

“Cybersecurity: Keeping yourself, your business and your customers safe online” will be held at Newmason, Warragul at 6pm on Thursday, April 26.

Small business is an easy target for 47 per cent of cybercrimes.

GippsTech founder Elena Kelareva will help people understand cybersecurity risks and how to protect individuals, businesses and customers.

Her presentation will uncover the biggest risks including security for network and hardware devices; password security; stopping hackers gaining access to online accounts; protecting website visitor data; stopping hackers taking down websites; and email scammers stealing money.
