Big wins in the under 16s

-

Poowong were comfortable winners over Ellinbank in the under 16s, 7-17 (59) to 55 (35).

Returns of 1-5 in each the first and third term gave the Eagles some brief hope, the buffer established in the second term giving the Magpies the breathing space needed.

Kyle Loveridge, Ryan Knight, Zac Gray, Hayden Wallis, Seb Ardley and Alex Henshall led the way for the Magpies.

Matthew Dare, Sam Pratt, Will Scammell, Max Kittelty, Joseph Conley and Lewis Kennedy worked hard to keep the Eagles in the contest.
