Lunchtime munchies for freezer thieves

Offenders who may have been craving a few munchies stole a range of treats from the Willow Grove Primary School last weekend.

Police said offenders forced entry to the school’s storage room between 11.17am and 11.41am on Saturday, August 18.

The offenders stole a range of food items from a freezer including ice creams, party pies and cupcakes.

A Dyson vacuum cleaner and Sony digital camera were stolen from a house in Charles St, Warragul last week.

The burglary and theft occurred between 4pm on Monday and 2pm on Tuesday.

Police said offenders forced entry through the back of the house. The goods were valued at $500.

A money tin and gloves valued at $470 were stolen from the Trafalgar Football and Netball Club overnight on August 19.

Police said offenders forced entry via a door into the clubrooms.

A BMX bicycle was stolen from outside a Warragul store recently.

Police said the Hot Wheels speed machine BMX was stolen from outside U-Mart at 4.20pm on Friday, August 17.

The bicycle, valued at $80, is orange in colour. Police said the bicycle was left outside the store within the shopping complex.
