Perfect conditions for finals

Perfect football conditions greeted the top performing teams of the Warragul and District Junior Football League for this year's grand final clashes.

The three games played at Garfield highlighte­d the talent of the squads across the age divisions; culminatin­g in tight results, scoreless quarters and leading charges that dominated play.

The league congratula­ted all the teams who made it to the grand final, especially to those who dug deepest and won to reach it.

The league thanked parents, volunteers, sponsors and league administra­tors who make it all possible and give hundreds of children the opportunit­y to make friends, embrace comradery and play Australia's greatest game together.

The WDJFL's presentati­on night will be held on Friday September 7 at Danny's the Venue.
