Motorbikes stolen

Two motorcycle­s, a generator and trailer were stolen from a property at Yannathan last week.

Offenders cut a fence and padlocks to enter the property in North Yannathan Rd overnight on Friday, November 16.

Police said offenders cut a large hole in the side of a machinery shed to gain access.

A KTM and Suzuki trail bikes, an enclosed trailer, generator and tool box were stolen from the property.

Police said it appeared the offenders drove 1.5 kilometres down the road where they dumped the trailer and loaded the motorbikes onto a different trailer in Chambers Rd, Modella.

A Holden sedan and an unregister­ed dirt bike were stolen from a property in Clifford St, Warragul during the early hours of Sunday morning.

The theft occurred between 2am and 2.30am. Police said offenders gained access to the Holden SS through an unlocked back door. The car and motorbike were valued at $2650.

In another theft, a 2006 Subaru was recovered after being stolen from Phillips Crt, Drouin on Saturday night.

The vehicle was stolen between 11pm on Saturday night and 8am Sunday morning.

Police said offenders smashed the back passenger window to gain entry to the vehicle valued at $10,000.

The vehicle was later found dumped in Evergreen Close, Drouin.
