A musical ambition
Bands from Trafalgar High School have released a CD of original and cover music titled “Ambition”.
Coming together as part of the “Kool Skools” program, the bands recorded the CD at Studio 52 in Melbourne.
Featuring a mix of cover songs as well as originals created by the students in 2018, the CD is on sale from the Trafalgar High School front office for $5.
The “Kool Skools” program develops and encourages young musicians and songwriters by providing them with a professional recording experience.
“This program is a great opportunity to promote and showcase the talented students across all year levels who participate in music programs at Trafalgar High School,” said principal Jane Mersey.
“The experience of creating these songs was a fantastic learning opportunity for our students, and now they have a CD to showcase their achievements this year to friends, family and the wider community.”
