It has been left to the ABC to police the behaviour of state=owned VicForests, because no state body is performing the tasks.

On November 21 the ABC's 7-30 program revealed that VicForests is clear felling native forests that were supposed to be protected from its bulldozers and chainsaws. I thought only developing countries engaged in such behaviour..
