Franklin became a two time winner with a hard fought 2 and 1 victory with the match completed on the 17th.

Franklin had previously won the event in 2013.

Barrie has now retired his sponsorship, with son Craig now taking over. Thanks to the Cousin family.

Malcolm Hirt was the star by backing up his Monthly Medal win from the previous Saturday by having the day’s best score of 38 points. He won the B grade event by the three points to the better of Geoff Roberts.
