Jindivick took out a thrilling win over Western Park getting the required runs with just seven balls to spare.
Chasing around five runs an over the Jumping Jacks got off to a reasonable start before losing 3/6.
The Warriors couldn’t capitalise however as Jake Jeffrey and Ash Zinnow settled at the crease. The pair put on 58 for the fifth wicket in a game changing partnership. David KingJones (2/17) made the breakthrough snaring his first wicket for Western Park. Zinnow top scored for the visitors with 42 while Jeffrey contributed 31.
At six down and still 37 runs behind Fletcher Pallot and Duane Horsburgh joined forces to get their side across the line. Wickets were shared around with Russell Muir (2/32) and Jimmy Burke (2/31) getting amongst it.
Earlier in the day, Western Park got off to a great start with a 76-run opening partnership.
James Campbell dealt in boundaries (eight fours) before being dismissed for 38. Burke (51) recorded his fourth half-century of the season, but it was all down hill after that as only Ethan Le Brocq (31) had any influence on the scoreboard.
Tim Jeffrey (3/19) was the pick of the bowlers with a tidy spell. Tim Moore claimed 2/19 and Mick Gnaden chimed in with 2/39. Yarragon 1/83 def Longwarry 10/80 Yarragon cruised to victory over Longwarry chasing there target down in just 17 overs.
Steve Green led the scoring with 38 not out while Craig McDonnell gave plenty of assistance with 29 not out.
Earlier in the day, Longwarry toughed it out to face all but one of their allotted overs. Opening bowlers Michael Stead and Madlyn Borsato made it hard for the batters giving nothing away. Stead finished with 3/10 off six overs while Borsato snared 4/8 off five overs.
