Carpet bowls begins

The Warragul Bowling Club have commenced their social carpet bowls for the 2021 season.

The club are hoping to see more people come and get involved in the popular indoor sport. The competitio­n will be on from 1-3pm on Saturdays until the end of August.

It consists of two games of 10 ends, with a charge of just $2 to come and play. There is also an opportunit­y to start a Wednesday league if the numbers are sufficient.

All ages are welcome, and participan­ts do not have to be a member of the bowls club to come and have a roll. To book, or for further informatio­n contact the Warragul Bowls Club on 5623 4229.
