Warragul win challenge
Drouin Croquet Club vice president Kelvin Marriott welcomed Warragul Croquet Club president Julie Beasley and her team to the Drouin venue recently for the annual Twin Towns golf croquet challenge.
Two teams of eight players from both clubs contested the event and pairings for the match took place on the morning prior to commencement of play.
Drouin players got off to an early lead, however, the Warragul players clawed back with a late challenge, winning three of the last four games in the final round.

At the conclusion of afternoon tea, Julie Beasley congratulated Drouin's players on winning back the trophy with a final score of 10 games, 93 hoops to Warragul six games, 89 hoops.
