Bouquests to the volunteers of the Trafalgar Youth Centre who gave up a Sunday to staff a graage sale and fundraise for youth mentoring.
Bouquets to The Gazette for its support of Safe Steps and the family violence vigil
Bricks to those who regard anyone who believes in climate change to be weird lefties.
A pile of bricks to Baw Baw Shire for even considering this new cultural precinct, above our needs for a new hospital which has been sorely needed for a few years now.
Or as someone suggested recently, put the money into that eyesore in Queen Street. That area is a total embarrassment to our town and a huge waste of parking space.
Special thanks to the people who rushed to my aid when an errant driver hit my tiny little Bugeye Sprite at the roundabout intersection of Normanby and Albert streets. I was fine, but the car is worse for wear. Thanks also to those who gave their names as witnesses and took photos.
An abundance of bouquets to the A Girls Day Out committee for all their hard work and dedication to raising funds for our local hospital Oncology department and breast care nurses. To keep this going through covid and come out the other side with such a fabulous result you should all be so very proud of yourselves.
I was having difficulties with a social media platform and walked into Warragul Community House and asked for help. Within a minute, I was given an appointment with a young volunteer named Kalai. We met the following week and she was able to answer most of my questions. Kudos to Warragul Community House and Kalai for their superb service and willingness to help.
