St Ita’s Catholic Primary School

-

Located in the rapidly growing township of Drouin, St Ita’s Catholic Primary School is a picturesque, contemporary learning facility, where students enjoy the space to move freely around a range of play areas within the school site.

With a student population of 387 students, our Catholic faith permeates through everything that we do.

We place a strong emphasis on engaging students in a faithbased education where high standards are maximised in all areas of the curriculum, particularly in Literacy and Numeracy.

At St Ita’s we are about developing the independence and self-confidence of every student in a child safe environment where all students are encouraged to discover their true potential in all aspects of life and learning.

The St Ita’s staff are highly professional and go over and above to develop a positive, respectful relationship with all students entrusted to them.

Teachers have a strong understanding of how children learn and how to adjust their teaching to meet each student’s individual point of need via high impact teaching strategies.

Our inclusive learning community works within the framework of our WSAPB (Whole School Approach to Positive Behaviours) which requires all staff, students and parents to work in a collaborative partnership, whilst displaying Respect, Inclusiveness, Compassion, Resilience

and Team Work towards one another.

If you would like to make an appointment to come in for an interview and school tour, please contact our School Admin on 5623 7222 or via email on admin@stidrouin. catholic.edu.au

We look forward to sharing our wonderful teaching and learning community with you.
