Three new lawyers join Wakefield Vogrig & Boote Lawyers

Wakefield Vogrig & Boote Lawyers are pleased to announce that they have had three more lawyers join their firm.

The firm now has ten (10) qualified lawyers, and two (2) legal trainees servicing their Warragul and Drouin offices.

Emily Farr commenced her employment with the firm on 1 June 2022.

Emily is a qualified lawyer who grew up and was educated locally.

She has experience working in a local law firm, and is looking forward to continuing to expand her skills and knowledge within the firm.

Emily is working predominan­tly at our Drouin office and is available to assist clients with Estate Planning, including Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPoA) and Medical Treatment Decision Makers (MTDM), deceased Estates, property transactio­ns, commercial matters, and litigation.

Adam Dinelli commenced his employment with Wakefield Vogrig & Boote Lawyers on 9 June 2022.

Adam was recently admitted as a lawyer, and looks forward to broadening his skills, bringing a great deal of Family Law and Mediation experience to the firm.

Adam has worked in the Magistrate­s’ Court, and has been working as a mediator both in the public and non-for-profit sector dealing predominan­tly with family law matters.

Adam works from the Warragul office almost exclusivel­y in family law. Adam is an accredited mediator, and can also be booked to conduct mediations.

James Cameron commenced his employment with the firm on 11 July 2022. James has been practicing as a criminal lawyer for several years in the Latrobe Valley.

He has a great deal of experience in all crime related matters including defending criminal charges and interventi­on orders, and is available to appear for clients in Court.

In addition, James will be available to assist clients with Estate Planning, including Wills, EPoAs and MTDMs, debt recovery and litigation matters.

As Wakefield Vogrig & Boote Lawyers continues to increase in size it means that clients can be assured high quality and efficient service in all legal areas.

With ten (10) lawyers and another two (2) in training, each staff member is able to specialise in certain legal areas ensuring they are each experts at what they do, whilst also having the ability for the firm to service many different areas of law.
