One dish meal

Warwick Daily News - South West Queensland Rural Weekly - - News -

THERE’S nothing that beats an easy and tasty dinner and this one is just that.

It’s on the table in an hour, with only one dish to wash up, and everybody loves it. It’s perfect for a Friday night.

Quarter some washed potatoes with the skin on or off (we leave the skin on). Lay in an oven-proof pan. Cut up some chicken breasts and lay in the pan. Next, add frozen or fresh beans, then season with your favourite seasoning. I use country onion and chives, but Italian herbs or Mexican spices are also nice with it. Add salt and pepper to taste and put dollops of butter all over the dish.

Bake for one hour in a 180-degree oven.

You will need to turn the chicken and bring the ones underneath to the top halfway through the cooking procedure.
