Rare cropping land for sale

Warwick Daily News - South West Queensland Rural Weekly - - News -

THIS outstanding farming property occupies a total area of 661 hectares (1634 acres).

The aggregation comprises 632 hectares held in four freehold titles and a permit to occupy with an area of 29 hectares.

The late Kevin Nugent had owned several properties, but always had a desire to own land on the famous Jimbour Plain.

He achieved this dream in 2002 when he had the opportunity to purchase Wyalong.

The property had enjoyed a reputation for producing top quality stud cattle, grain and fodder crops.

The opportunity to acquire a property of this scale in the pristine Jimbour Plain region of the Darling Downs is rare.
