Corny smiles all round
THE entire supply chain was represented at the information day hosted by Whyalla Feedlot in Texas.
The information day focused on high moisture corn and aimed to inform all players in the supply chain of the market opportunities.
Visitors received talks from guest speakers Jordon Minniecon, technical service manager at Lallemand Animal Nutrition, who discussed high moisture grain, why and how we use it, and Trevor Philp, summer grains agronomist at Pacific Seeds who spoke on suitable hybrids.
Guests then received a tour of the HMC pads in the feedlot compound.
