PO­SI­TIONED on a bi­tu­men road, five min­utes from Heli­don, five min­utes from Gat­ton and 20 min­utes from Toowoomba, this prop­erty is based on 5.95 hectares.

Soil type runs from qual­ity sandy loam type soil through to rich black soil.
