Dr Yu Tang said most of his spare time was spent in the media room.

“I like the media room – I like to call it the ‘man cave’ but I think my wife likes to claim it too,” he said.

Dr Wing Kwan Tang also loved the versatile living space because she could be cooking in the kitchen while admiring the views and keeping an eye on their two sons.

The couple are reluctant to sell their dream home but want to move closer to their sons’ school.

“When we moved here, we didn’t have any kids,” Dr Yu Tang said. “It will be really hard to replace something like this.”
