Waterfont views that keep on giving

This Carrara home makes the most of its enviable position on the water with multiple balconies to admire the sweeping views all the way to the city skyline

SWEEPING wide water vistas that stretch as far as the Surfers Paradise skyline set the scene for this Carrara home.

The views certainly don’t go to waste, with an alfresco area that flows onto a deck with pool overlooking the water one of the home’s standout features.

Owner Jenny MacVicar bought the waterfront property at 9/145 Palm Meadows Drive more than seven years ago.

Marketing agent Jackson Paradise, of Ray White Prestige Gold Coast, said the views were her favourite part of the home.

“(She) loves the area and the wide waterfront views along with views of the 18th hole of Palm Meadows Golf Course, (and) being only moments to Broadbeach and Surfers without being amongst the hustle and bustle,” Mr Paradise said.

“The open plan living and kitchen areas all opening out onto the large balcony area overlooking the skyline and waterfront it is a great entertainers home in a fantastic area.”

The two-storey home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms with a combined kitchen, living and dining room that opens onto the alfresco area. It also has two patios and a courtyard as well as a media lounge.

Mr Paradise said Ms MacVicar is selling the home to escape to the country.

“(She) has purchased elsewhere and is building a large home on acreage in the Gold Coast Hinterland,” Mr Paradise said.
