A THREE-BEDROOM apartment on the beachfront at Mermaid Beach has hit the market at offers over $1.2 million.

The east-facing apartment at in the sought-after Paloma building at 93 Albatross Ave, is being sold through Matt Maguire of John Henderson Professionals Mermaid Beach.

Mr Maguire said the Brisbane-based owner, who had used the apartment for family holidays, had decided the time was right to sell.

He said three-bedroom beachfront apartments were often difficult for buyers to find and expected strong interest from potential buyers.

“The apartment ticks all the right boxes for many buyers because of its condition, its location and its size,’’ he said.

“The apartment is in excellent condition and offers buyers the epitome of the Mermaid Beach lifestyle.

“It is also one of only 12 in the Paloma development, which sits on a 2428 sqm site and has 37m of absolute beachfront.”

Mr Maguire said he believed the apartment would appear to a wide range of buyers including families, those looking for a weekender or to downsize, and investors.

“Mermaid Beach is really one of the Gold Coast’s best locations because it is so close to everything including shopping, nightlife and restaurants and yet it still retains a strong beachfront community feel.”
