Buyers catch a glimpse of Vue
Robina’s newest residential development overlooking the suburb’s parklands is attracting plenty of buyers from across the country
THE Gold Coast’s $170 million Vue Terrace Homes development is attracting local and interstate buyers.
Sales manager of the project’s developer, Robina Group, Azura Griffen said stage one with 71 three-bedroom homes was almost sold out while stage two was more than 70 per cent sold off the plan.
“We’re really pleased with the interest we’re receiving, particularly from Brisbane and Gold Coast buyers who are embracing the natural surrounds of the area,” she said.
“We are also hosting a lot of buyers from Sydney and Melbourne who are flying up to the Gold Coast to inspect their new purchases now construction has commenced.
“Visitors to the site have access to a viewing platform that enables them to get a feel for what life would look like from the second storey of their homes, with beautiful vistas across the neighbouring parkland and towards the coastal skyline.”
Hutchinson Builders started construction on stage one last month with residents expected to move in early next year. Prices for homes start at $599,000. The community, which is on East Lane and bordered by the 17ha Robina City Parklands, will also have an elevated resident pool and barbecue area.
