Luxury living on riverfront
Edge offers resident facilities that emanate a resort-like feel thanks to the rooftop infinity edge pool, tropical landscaping and 360 panoramic rooftop views
EDGE, a $34 million residential development in Surfers Paradise, has officially launched to the market.
The development, by Tission Group, will be built at 42 Monaco St and includes 41 apartments that range from two, three and four bedroom layouts.
Designed by BDA Architecture, the apartments have been crafted with a contemporary style that includes elements of timber, chrome, steel and stone.
Edge also features two deluxe penthouses that each offer two levels and a private rooftop terrace.
Tission Group director Alexander Lin said the architects designed every apartment to give its residents the feeling of penthouse-style living.
“Edge provides its resident and guest facilities that emanate a resort-like feel thanks to the rooftop infinity edge pool, tropical landscaping and the 360 panoramic rooftop views that capture the beach, Nerang River, neighbouring Cascade Gardens, the hinterland and the Gold Coast’s CBD skyline,” he said.
The building’s main recreation drawcard, the rooftop oasis features kitchen and barbecue facilities.
Apartments start at $628,000 while the penthouses are priced from $2 million.
A display suite is open at 17/19 Victoria Ave, Niecon Plaza, Broadbeach.
