EDGE, a $34 mil­lion res­i­den­tial de­vel­op­ment in Surfers Par­adise, has of­fi­cially launched to the mar­ket.

The de­vel­op­ment, by Tis­sion Group, will be built at 42 Monaco St and in­cludes 41 apart­ments that range from two, three and four bed­room lay­outs.

De­signed by BDA Ar­chi­tec­ture, the apart­ments have been crafted with a con­tem­po­rary style that in­cludes el­e­ments of tim­ber, chrome, steel and stone.

Edge also fea­tures two deluxe pen­t­houses that each of­fer two lev­els and a pri­vate rooftop ter­race.

Tis­sion Group di­rec­tor Alexan­der Lin said the ar­chi­tects de­signed ev­ery apart­ment to give its res­i­dents the feel­ing of pent­house-style liv­ing.

“Edge pro­vides its res­i­dent and guest fa­cil­i­ties that em­anate a re­sort-like feel thanks to the rooftop in­fin­ity edge pool, trop­i­cal land­scap­ing and the 360 panoramic rooftop views that cap­ture the beach, Nerang River, neigh­bour­ing Cas­cade Gar­dens, the hin­ter­land and the Gold Coast’s CBD sky­line,” he said.

The build­ing’s main re­cre­ation draw­card, the rooftop oa­sis fea­tures kitchen and bar­be­cue fa­cil­i­ties.

Apart­ments start at $628,000 while the pen­t­houses are priced from $2 mil­lion.

A dis­play suite is open at 17/19 Vic­to­ria Ave, Niecon Plaza, Broad­beach.
