Hot sales at Pimpama

Weekend Gold Coast Bulletin - Property - - AUCTION -

PIMPAMA Village, a 54ha masterplanned development, is proving to be just as popular with investors, as it is with local first homebuyers.

Since launching a selection of lots from the Willow Pimpama Village Estate, Ausin Group has sold 15 blocks to a mix of investors and owner occupiers including first home buyers.

Amy McNamara, Ausin director of new projects — QLD, said although the estate is popular with investors, demand from first home buyers is still as strong as ever.

“Individuals who have been priced out of Coomera, Hope Island and surrounding areas are turning to Pimpama and we’ve witnessed a growing trend of young first home buyers purchasing, where one partners works in the city and one works on the coast.

“Pimpama is proving to be the best of both worlds, it’s located 35 minutes from Brisbane CBD and 25 minutes from Gold Coast’s CBD.

“Residents will also have access to an abundance of facilities and new and improved infrastructure, including the new Pimpama City Shopping Centre and Westfield Coomera.”
