Big prices for lux­ury res­i­dences

Prices have been re­leased for the Gold Coast’s new­est su­per tower Spirit at Surfers Par­adise

THE Gold Coast’s new­est and tallest su­per tower, Spirit, was of­fi­cially launched to the mar­ket yes­ter­day.

De­vel­oper Forise­land is be­hind the lux­u­ri­ous 479-apart­ment project, be­ing built in Surfers Par­adise.

Mar­ket­ing agent, Ray White Projects Di­rec­tor Ju­lian Suther­land, said with prices start­ing at $1.17 mil­lion for a one-bed­room apart­ment, the em­pha­sis was on de­sign­ing a “new level of pres­tige prop­erty yet to be seen in Aus­tralia’s res­i­den­tial mar­kets.”

“Spirit is the pin­na­cle of res­i­den­tial high rise liv­ing — a gen­er­a­tional land­mark of the qual­ity we have never seen be­fore in Aus­tralia,” Mr Suther­land said.

“We’re ab­so­lutely de­lighted to be bring­ing a project to the mar­ket that will be­come a land­mark with­out peer on the Gold Coast and unique to Aus­tralia.”

The project will fea­ture a two-storey pent­house span­ning al­most 2000sq m with a price tag of $41 mil­lion.

The pent­house will have an in­cred­i­ble 628sq m of bal­conies and in­clude four be­d­rooms, five bath­rooms and an ex­cep­tional of­fer­ing of four carpark­ing spa­ces.”

Spirit would also in­clude two, two-storey sub-pent­houses, on lev­els 84 and 85 priced from $24.04 mil­lion.

Other apart­ments are priced from $1.17 mil­lion to $14.2 mil­lion with an ar­ray of one, two, and three-bed­room apart­ments rang­ing in size.

The tower’s first three floors will be re­tail and din­ing, while res­i­dent fa­cil­i­ties in­clude a rooftop area as well as an in­fin­ity pool, restau­rants, gym and wine cel­lar.

The project will be built on the for­mer Iluka site. Con­struc­tion has al­ready kicked off.
