Big prices for luxury residences
Prices have been released for the Gold Coast’s newest super tower Spirit at Surfers Paradise
THE Gold Coast’s newest and tallest super tower, Spirit, was officially launched to the market yesterday.
Developer Foriseland is behind the luxurious 479-apartment project, being built in Surfers Paradise.
Marketing agent, Ray White Projects Director Julian Sutherland, said with prices starting at $1.17 million for a one-bedroom apartment, the emphasis was on designing a “new level of prestige property yet to be seen in Australia’s residential markets.”
“Spirit is the pinnacle of residential high rise living — a generational landmark of the quality we have never seen before in Australia,” Mr Sutherland said.
“We’re absolutely delighted to be bringing a project to the market that will become a landmark without peer on the Gold Coast and unique to Australia.”
The project will feature a two-storey penthouse spanning almost 2000sq m with a price tag of $41 million.
The penthouse will have an incredible 628sq m of balconies and include four bedrooms, five bathrooms and an exceptional offering of four carparking spaces.”
Spirit would also include two, two-storey sub-penthouses, on levels 84 and 85 priced from $24.04 million.
Other apartments are priced from $1.17 million to $14.2 million with an array of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments ranging in size.
The tower’s first three floors will be retail and dining, while resident facilities include a rooftop area as well as an infinity pool, restaurants, gym and wine cellar.
The project will be built on the former Iluka site. Construction has already kicked off.
