Luxe units still up for grabs
New 25-level residential tower at Surfers Paradise will offer luxe beachfront living
MORE than 20 luxury apartments in Surfers Paradise’s new Northcliffe Residences development are still up for grabs.
The $111 million beachfront project on Northcliffe Terrace is being undertaken by Qingjian Group Co Ltd (CNQC), one of China’s largest development and construction companies.
Most of the 25-level tower’s 75 apartments have already sold, including the two-storey penthouse with private rooftop pool and entertaining terrace.
Prices start from $600,000 for the onebedroom apartments and reach up to $4.8 million for the four-bedroom subpenthouses.
Northcliffe Residences’ project manager Graham Goldman, managing director of Eastview Australia, said construction was well and truly underway.
“We’ve poured up to level 16 in the structure,” he said.
He said they hoped to be able to show people through parts of the building by the end of the year and planned to have all the apartments sold by the time construction was due to be finished in February, 2019.
He said the development’s private beach club on the mezzanine level would be its signature feature that sets it apart from other developments on the Coast.
