Stunning views at Cerulean project

A luxury Main Beach boutique project designed for owner-occupiers will offer buyers the chance to customise their floor plans

ONE of the Gold Coast’s newest projects Cerulean is offering buyers a luxury lifestyle by the beach.

Named after the colour blue, Cerulean is being developed by Cityvest, a Queenslandbased developer whose projects include Newstead’s Riverstone Apartments and Fortitude Valley’s Atrio Apartments.

The development, to be built at 5 Pacific St, Main Beach will include 27 three and four-bedroom prestige apartments across 15 levels. Prices start from $1.215 million.

Director of sales David Higgins said Cerulean was designed for owner-occupiers who “like the finer things in life”.

“Everyone who has bought here so far is an owner-occupier and there are only two apartments per floor over 15 levels — giving it a small and friendly vibe — perfect for people new to the area,” he said.

“These luxury apartments are very affordable and according to the developer are the lowest price per square metre of any apartments available in Main Beach.”

The north-facing boutique development offers views to the river, ocean, and city skyline.

Apartments features an open-plan design, 2.7m ceilings, butler’s pantry, timber floors and large balconies.

“Another benefit of this development is that they are willing to customise the floor plans — some buyers have already converted the third bedroom to a multipurpose room,” Mr Higgins said.

“One very cool feature of the Cerulean designs is the sensor activated kitchen benchtop lighting — all you have to do if you get up in the night is wave your hand and the LED lights come on.”

Resident facilities include a pool on level two as well as an outdoor lounge, barbecue facilities and outdoor gym.

Cerulean is within walking distance to Main Beach’s Tedder Ave precinct with shops, cafes and restaurants. Construction is expected to start in August, 2018. A display suite is at 18 Tedder Ave.
