Described as an “immaculate property’’, this home is in one of Sanctuary Cove’s most sought after positions
JOHN and Lynne Street built their fivebedroom home at 4832 The Parkway, Sanctuary Cove 10 years ago.
Before they bought the site, they had lived in another property across the road, so when the block became available they sold and started to build their new home.
“We loved the view, location and north facing section,’’ Mrs Street said.
The home was built by Eric Roth and interior designed by his daughter Jessica.
It worked out just as the Streets hoped and Mrs Street said one of her favourite parts of the home to spend time in was the patio area, which had a barbecue and was a great spot for outdoor living.
Inside the home, all five bedrooms have ensuites and there is also a powder room.
The house was built on a north facing 864sq m double block of land, which overlooks the lakes and fairways of The Palms Golf Course.
There is a study and a media room as well as formal and informal living areas.
Tiles and neutral-toned carpets are used extensively throughout the home and there is a study and a media room.
There are multiple living areas within the open plan home including formal and informal areas.
The kitchen, which has stainless steel appliances and a butler’s pantry, has a long island bench, which can accommodate six chairs. This area overlooks the dining room, which has pendant lighting.
The home also has a central fireplace in the main living area and there is airconditioning.
This area leads through to the outdoor undercover entertainment dining area, which overlooks a swimming pool.
Beyond the pool are views across the water to the golf course.
The property has landscaped gardens and is in a central position, which allows quick access to Sanctuary Cove Resort’s facilities including the golf course, Marine Village and The Rec Club.
The home can accommodate three cars and has a security alarm system and there is also a sauna.
