ON one of the Gold Coast’s most exclusive streets, this Hedges Ave home is absolute beachfront.

The house, which sits on 405sq m of land has uninterrupted 180-degree views of the water.

Owner Tony De Leede said it would be hard to beat owning a property like this, but he hadn’t lived in it since he bought it in 2009 and felt it was time to sell, as the Gold Coast market seemed to have picked up of late. “The place is magnificent, I bought it when it was brand new,’’ he said.

An entry foyer to the house lead into the ground level which has a kitchen with dual wall ovens, induction stove, dishwasher, industrial fridge/freezer and stone benchtops. There is also a walk-in pantry and a bench with breakfast bar.

An informal lounge and living area has a ceiling-mounted projector and recessed projection screen, built-in wine fridge, fireplace and barbecue. Sliding glass doors lead to an outdoor dining area, a sundeck and a lap pool with a heated spa.

Back inside the home is a basement gym with a steam room. On the first level of the house are three double bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes. There is also a lounge on this level.

On the second floor is the main bedroom with a step-out balcony, walk-in wardrobe and full ensuite with dual vanities, bathtub and a shower.
