SUNLAND Groups $82 million Marina Concourse precinct is set for completion next month.

The new waterfront mixed-use development by Sunland Group will feature 110 two and three-bedroom apartments, authentic food and beverage offerings, swim school, offices, and a proposed new childcare centre.

Inspired by the beauty of classic architecture, the two tapered towers are poised perfectly upon their waterfront setting, making it the perfect backdrop for an integrated environment to live, work, eat and play.

“Marina Concourse presents an opportunity for retailers to become a part of the wider master planned environment at Royal Pines, which is home to over 700 residents, all living within proximity of the lifestyle village,” Sunland Group managing director Sahba Abedian said.

He said the architectural facades, gardens, and waterfront retail would add vibrancy to the precinct and create an active meeting place for residents and the broader Gold Coast community.
