New villas offer luxe island life
A new community with 13 villas and resident facilities will be built at Hope Island
THIRTEEN waterfront villas will be constructed as part of the $225 million Cova community at Hope Island.
Called Cova Boathouse Villas, developer Frasers Property Australia Queensland residential general manager Cameron Leggatt said the waterfront properties were expected to “capture the market’s attention”.
“Buyers are looking for pristine views paired with the ultimate waterfront lifestyle, and as such the Cova Boathouse Villas have been architecturally designed by Rothelowman with the end customer in mind,” he said.
The 13 villas will each have threebedrooms plus a multipurpose room, two bathrooms and a powder room, plus a single or double garage, with two floor plans to choose from.
Mr Leggatt said the Cova Boathouse Villas were being fast-tracked following the sellout of their 15 Cova Promenade Waterfront Villas, which are currently under construction.
Cova is a masterplanned community currently under staged construction at Hope Island, and within easy reach of The Broadwater. The $1 million Cova Boathouse development is due to be finished early next year.Boathouse Villas are priced from $599,000, with villa and marina packages starting at $635,750.
