New vil­las of­fer luxe is­land life

A new com­mu­nity with 13 vil­las and res­i­dent fa­cil­i­ties will be built at Hope Is­land

THIR­TEEN wa­ter­front vil­las will be con­structed as part of the $225 mil­lion Cova com­mu­nity at Hope Is­land.

Called Cova Boathouse Vil­las, de­vel­oper Frasers Prop­erty Aus­tralia Queens­land res­i­den­tial gen­eral manager Cameron Leg­gatt said the wa­ter­front prop­er­ties were ex­pected to “cap­ture the mar­ket’s at­ten­tion”.

“Buy­ers are look­ing for pris­tine views paired with the ul­ti­mate wa­ter­front life­style, and as such the Cova Boathouse Vil­las have been ar­chi­tec­turally de­signed by Roth­elow­man with the end cus­tomer in mind,” he said.

The 13 vil­las will each have three­bed­rooms plus a mul­ti­pur­pose room, two bath­rooms and a pow­der room, plus a sin­gle or dou­ble garage, with two floor plans to choose from.

Mr Leg­gatt said the Cova Boathouse Vil­las were be­ing fast-tracked fol­low­ing the sell­out of their 15 Cova Prom­e­nade Wa­ter­front Vil­las, which are cur­rently un­der con­struc­tion.

Cova is a mas­ter­planned com­mu­nity cur­rently un­der staged con­struc­tion at Hope Is­land, and within easy reach of The Broad­wa­ter. The $1 mil­lion Cova Boathouse de­vel­op­ment is due to be fin­ished early next year.Boathouse Vil­las are priced from $599,000, with villa and ma­rina pack­ages start­ing at $635,750.
