THE third and final stage of Cane Estate at Ormeau on the northern Gold Coast has hit the market.
Cane Estate comprises 105 homes with a variety of designs on lots ranging from 406sqm to 603sqm.
Sales have been strong since the final 35 lots hit the market in late July, leaving just 18 available lots.
The first two stages of the $54 million development are sold out, with construction on stage one complete and stage two almost built out.
House and land packages are selling from $487,900.
Goldengrove Building Group’s executive general manager John Hadden said the majority of the estate would be home to owner-occupiers with first home buyers and young families driving the demand.
