NEAR completion and with only a few apartments remaining for sale, One Palm Beach has proven popular with the empty nester demographic it was designed to cater to.

Velocity Property Group managing director Brendon Ansell said the combination of location, lifestyle, space, design and energy-saving features in the project resulted in the majority of sales going to local empty nester owneroccupiers, followed by interstate and international buyers.

He said enquiry on the apartments had started to increase dramatically now that the scaffolding was coming down and the final touches to the building were being added.

“Although the market is strong, there are plenty of potential buyers who are still cautious about buying off the plan and would prefer to walk through a completed apartment rather than have the options of customising it by buying early,” he said.

“As a buyer you get to see exactly what you are buying at this stage as opposed to a promise from at- times inexperienced developers without a reputation to uphold,” Mr Ansell said.

“For these luxury apartments we have used feedback from our empty nester buyers in every project to refine our design and give them the features they are looking for including architectural design that offers generous living spaces, ridiculous storage and as many energy-saving features as possible to reduce living costs.”

The ground floor display apartment will showcase the luxury features of the project.

Remaining apartments are priced from $1.845 million.

The development, at 1331 Gold Coast Highway, features only two apartments per floor and is being marketed by Deborah Provost.
