New displays set to wow
Buyers can now see what’s on offer at Sanctuary Cove with five new luxury display homes
SANCTUARY COVE’S waterfront enclave Sanctuary Point is set to become a hive of activity, with building starting on five luxurious display homes this week.
The residences will form a ‘mini display village’ on the peninsular – creating an opportunity for prospective buyers to view new luxury-designed homes.
Located on Sanctuary Point, the five bespoke properties will be built by local builders’ Gallery Homes, Homecorp Constructions, Ausview Constructions Group Pty Ltd, JKW and Kalka.
Mulpha Sanctuary Cove general manager of international sales John Hughes said the collection of display homes would showcase variety and choice for buyers and were anticipated to be on show for most of 2019, once built.
“Given the previous approach of selling vacant land only, this is a rare opportunity for prospective buyers, given it has been fifteen years since Mulpha has built a collection of bespoke display homes within the development,” Mr Hughes said.
