The owners of Casa Bianca say the sprawling Sorrento property exceeded their expectations with plenty of space to relax and unwind

IT was the location which initially drew Jennifer and Noel Kennedy to their Sorrento property.

The couple bought a block of land at 4 Waterview Cres almost ten years ago and then set about building their dream home.

“We actually bought the land and amalgamated the block with another one behind it and we built the house,’’ Mrs Kennedy said.

“So what we were drawn to was the area, we really we love the central location of it, the standard of housing, it is just a genuinely nice suburb to live in, one of the best.’’

Known, as Casa Bianca, the finished property exceeded their expectations.

“When you go from drawing up the plans, and we spent a lot of time getting the plans right to make sure it was as we wanted it to be, but when you see it actually rise out of the ground it was just fabulous,’’ Mrs Kennedy said.

The area the couple spend the most time enjoying is actually outside of the house. There are two back patios where they enjoy sitting and overlooking the pool house and pool.

“The patios are facing north so the aspect is gorgeous, it is beautiful in the summer and it is beautiful in the winter.’’

Mrs Kennedy said they were selling because with four grandchildren living overseas, they were doing more travelling.
