ROBINA development Bellevue at The Glades recorded the highest volume of sales for the June quarter in the Gold Coast’s coastal fringe precinct, a new report reveals.

The Urbis Gold Coast Apartment Essentials report also showed Bellevue, which is now 60 per cent sold, recorded the sixth highest sales volume across the Gold and Tweed Coasts.

Urbis senior consultant Lynda Campbell said the coastal fringe was the most affordable precinct on the Gold Coast.

“The report shows the Coastal Fringe has an average weighted sale price of $604,000 compared to the city’s weighted average of $769,000,” she said.

The heightened interest in Bellevue has prompted developer Rawcorp to officially release stage two of the luxury apartment project. Bellevue will include 58 apartments overlooking the Glades golf course with 23 apartments now on the market.

Marketing Projects SEQ director Kyia Anderson said Bellevue’s location, the size of the apartments and value for money were proving to be key selling points with young professionals and downsizers driving demand.

Resident facilities include a lap pool, gym, sauna and entertainment area.

Apartments are priced from $453,000
