Building their dream homes
Enquiry at Sequana housing project set to increase now that homes are underway
CONSTRUCTION of the first homes at Villawood Properties’ $55 million community at Logan Reserve, Sequana, has kicked off, with 85 per cent of the homesites in stage one now sold.
Civil works were completed in August and the slabs are going down on the first homesites in the community, which have now settled.
Villawood Properties state development manager Michael Williams said he expects to see a lift in enquiry now that stage one lots are registered and ready to build on, and construction on the first homes are underway.
“It’s an exciting time at Sequana with the first wave of future residents about to start building their new dream homes,” he said.
Remaining homesites in stage one range from 420 sqm to 1200 sqm, with prices starting from $224,900.
More than a third of the community will be dedicated to parkland.
