A Gold Coast buyer snapped up a three-level fivebedroom luxury residence at auction last weekend. Sam Guo and Julia Kuo of Ray White Broadbeach/ Mermaid Waters marketed the property. Ms Kuo said 50 people attended the auction with five registered bidders.
