FEEL like you’re on holiday every day in this sprawling Clear Island Waters property.

There is no shortage of luxury features with 22m of water frontage, a super sized pool and a perfectly designed open floor plan.

Since owning the property, the pair have re-landscaped the front yard and enhanced its street appeal.

As soon as you step inside the outlook over Clear Island Lake demands your attention.

Floor to ceilings windows allow plenty of light to filter through, creating a warm and inviting space.

A bedroom, office, garage, laundry and bathroom are towards the front of this level while the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas as well as a bar all open out to the outdoor entertaining and alfresco dining areas.

These areas overlook the pool terrace, pool and spa.

Palm trees overlooking the water also add to the relaxed ambience.

“It’s great for entertaining that’s for sure,” Mr Wallace said.
