One of the Gold Coast’s most well-known architects not only designed and built this luxury waterfront home but he has also lived in it

GREY ironbark timber floors, a marble kitchen and feature lighting — it’s no surprise this stunning home belongs to award-winning Gold Coast architect Bayden Goddard.

It’s certainly lavish but Mr Goddard’s family were at the forefront of his mind when he designed it.

“Fundamentally, I wanted this house to be a sanctuary,” he said.
