Benowa community Vantage’s community convenience and amenity are appealing to buyers
MICHAEL and Vickie Ryan are among the many Gold Coasters flocking to Benowa community Vantage.
After 14 years in Broadbeach, the couple has swapped beachside living for the $200 million community at 21 Ross St, Benowa.
Located between the beach and hinterland, Vantage offers an elevated position and a botanical gardens feel overlooking the Royal Pines Golf Course.
“This location — close to shops, restaurants and all the services we need — offers the best of both worlds,” Mrs Ryan said.
“People talk about their forever home and this is definitely ours. We have plenty of room for family, so many friends nearby and everything we need is on our doorstep. There is no need to move.”
The Rayjon Group are behind the community which features three completed apartment buildings with a pool, gym, barbecue terrace and residents’ lounge.
Knight Frank Queensland head of project marketing Chris Litfin said the development’s convenience and amenity were appealing to buyers with Vantage’s debut offerings Dusk, Eve and Scape attracting mostly owner occupiers. “Location is a key factor when choosing a development,” Mr Litfin said.
Vantage’s latest release Dawn features 113 two and three-bedroom apartments, over 15 levels. Prices start from $500,000.
