Scenic Ridge a hit with buyers
BILAMBIL’S new Scenic Ridge development is proving a hit with purchasers, with the project chalking up $6 million in sales within one week of its official launch.
Sold signs now cover 40 per cent of the site in northern NSW and developer Christie Leet of Sherpa Investments said the team was thrilled with the stellar start.
Located on a 13ha elevated site, the 44 lot project offers coastal views, a country charm and features sites ranging from 604 sqm to more than 5.37ha. Remaining lots are priced from $300,000 to the low $400,000 range. “We’re really pleased with the sales and interest we’re receiving, particularly from Gold Coast and Tweed locals who are embracing the new community, its location and the natural surrounds,” Mr Leet said.
Gold Coast local and real estate identity John Rankin was one of the first buyers to snap up a lot in the project, and said the affordability and pristine location would allow him to build his dream home.
Construction at Scenic Ridge started last month while settlements are due to take place in the first quarter of 2019.
Completion is expected by December.
