Sense of grandeur at East
East on the Broadwater officially on the market with apartments from $1.9 million
BUY before construction starts and you could have a say in the design of your waterfront apartment at East on the Broadwater.
The Biggera Waters development features 12 three-bedroom apartments over seven levels, priced from $1.9 million.
Pex Projects is behind the residential project, which has officially hit the market.
Pex Projects director John O’Connor said the design would appeal to the most discerning purchaser, with early birds able to customise their apartment, from floor plan layouts, kitchen and joinery designs to power point locations.
“I personally meet every buyer and maintain regular communication with them throughout the journey, finalising designs before and during the construction phase to handing over keys, moving in and beyond,” he said.
“Those that get in before construction starts really can influence their apartment’s designs to ensure they end up with their dream home.”
East on the Broadwater, designed by Sydney based architects Greenbox Architecture, will be built on a 1143 sqm site on Marine Pde, Biggera Waters.
“There are just two apartments per level, each occupying 260sqm including a total of 34 sqm of balcony space over five separate balconies,” Mr O’Connor said.
He said every design element had been carefully thought out however, minor modifications could be made.
Pat Crotty of Professionals Vertullo Real Estate is marketing the project.
“We have already received strong expressions of interest from downsizers, both local and from the southern states, looking to transition from the family home,” he said.
