Sellout success at Kingsholme

Villawood Properties’ acreage community at Kingsholme, Montego Hills, has successfully sold out with all of the lots in the estate now settled.

The final stage was met with significant demand prompting Villawood Properties to release a rare residential homesite adjacent to the estate back to market.

Villawood Properties state development manager Michael Williams said the final stage contained the most secluded lots in the community, attracting an influx of buyers seeking a private country lifestyle close to the city centre.

“The demand for acreage continued to soar over the life of the project which saw the average acreage sales price rise from $368,000 at launch, to $480,000 in the final stage,” he said.
