Weekend Gold Coast Bulletin - Property
Ormeau a popular choice
HOUSE hunters are flocking to Ormeau’s newest residential community Amara.
AVID Property Group is behind the residential development, which will include 180 new turnkey homes, and has fielded more than 170 inquiries per month since it was launched late last year.
AVID general manager Queensland Bruce Harper (pictured above) said he was thrilled to deliver vital housing to the region amid rapid population growth and increased demand for housing.
“The interest in Amara from prospective buyers has been incredibly strong, even prior to the product hitting the market, but that now changes with the first stage launched this week,” Mr Harper said.
“We’ve looked to expedite land and completed home delivery across all five of our active Southeast Queensland communities to cater to the market’s appetite.
“The northern Gold Coast is recognised as one of Queensland’s strongest growth areas and Amara presents an exciting opportunity for Ormeau as it responds to the unprecedented demand for new, fully completed homes.”
As demand from purchasers outstrips supply surrounding Ormeau, Amara’s boutique community will provide a range of innovative homes, as well as a solution to buyers’ concerns about availability of builders, the building process, risks, and delays.
Mr Harper said the homes, to be delivered by Villaworld Homes by AVID Property Group, bolstered the development’s position as one of Southeast Queensland’s most desirable communities.
“Working with our own builder, Villaworld Homes by AVID Property Group, Amara provides a solution which simplifies and streamlines the buying process for our customers by creating a single contract, fixed price, house and land package,” he said.
