A key design concept is the east-west flow from the beach-facing entrance through the lobby and out into the infinity pool onto the Nerang River and hinterland beyond.

Finishes are derived from a palette that reflects the east and west aspects of changing light.

On level 18, there is a mid-level recreation deck with balcony gardens, a gymnasium and yoga wellness area, communal dining and meeting rooms.

On many of the levels at Rivea there are only four apartments, so all residents get to enjoy incredible corner views.
