Dual chance to buy in exclusive address

-

SPYRE Group has released the final two residences in its Glasshouse development in Burleigh for $12m each. The project made headlines when its penthouse smashed the record price paid for an apartment in QLD after it sold for $20m to an interstate buyer.

Glasshouse is the most exclusive development to be delivered by Spyre Group, and offers full-floor penthouse-style living across three levels.

The ultra-luxury residences sit on a rare north-facing site on Burleigh Hill at 10 Goodwin Terrace and offer coastal views that can never be built out.

The final two of the three residences each offer living spaces much larger than the average home with floor-to-ceiling glass windows that take advantage of the coastal views.

The Goodwin Tce site has been cleared for construction, but start date for the build has been delayed due to the weather.

Nicholas Clydsdale of CBRE, who negotiated the $20m sale last month, said there was certainly high demand for this type of luxury apartment offering in the popular southern beaches.

“The Glasshouse residences encapsulate the very essence of this location – with astounding view corridors, unrivalled design finishes and first-class inclusions that set this bespoke collection apart from anything seen before on the Gold Coast,” Mr Clydsdale said.

The remaining two residences feature hand-crafted natural materials, including custom kitchen island benches, bathroom vanities sculpted from Italian stone, and unique handblown lights by SOKTAS.

The ground-floor Beach House spans 474sq m and has three ensuite bedrooms, with the master featuring a spa-style bathroom and dressing room. There is also a media room and wine cellar.

It also has a courtyard with space for alfresco dining and entertaining, and it comes with garage parking for four cars.

Daniel Laruccia, director of Spyre Group, said it was a rare buying opportunity to own one of two distinctly individual residences that tick all criteria for the ultimate Gold Coast address.
