Royale ups its amenity game

-

DEMOLITION is well under way and Hutchinson Builders are preparing to move in and start work on the exclusive Royale Gold Coast, which its developer claims will deliver six-star luxury to its residents.

Royale, located on the exclusive strip of Northcliffe Tce, is the latest offering from David Devine of DD Living, who said the project would include the largest amenity offering in South East Queensland.

The entire first floor of the $395m tower of 104 apartments spread over 38 levels, will be dedicated to its Club Royale, a shared amenity space that residents can use as an extension of their apartments and which will be styled by the award-winning, Melbourne-based interior design company Mim Designs.

Among the facilities will be a formal 14-seat dining room catering for private dining experiences with the space opening onto a terrace overlooking the beach.

There will also be an executive lounge with an expansive entertainer’s balcony and ocean views, a luxury marble bar for cocktail parties, and an oversized cellar room offering 80 chilled wine racks and 15 whisky lockers for residents to buy for the secure storage and display of their fine wines and liquors.

For residents who run a business or work from home, Club Royale has shared office spaces and private meeting rooms.

On the building’s ground floor will be the

Royale Beach Club, a 1200sqm beachfront playground consisting of two large lagoon pools, a 25m lap pool and a surfboard storage facility surrounded by lounge areas.

For those wanting to keep fit, on the elevated section of the ground floor is a state-of-the-art gym with beach views and the Royale Wellness Centre, which has a steam room, sauna, spa and yoga terrace.

A grand entry lobby with concierge is located at the heart of the building, a step above the porte-cochère and the project will have its own cafe where residents can gain their caffeine kick.

The project will take up the 2251sq m site on the corner of Northcliffe Tce and Markwell Ave that can never be built out.

Adrian Parsons of TOTAL Property Group, which is marketing Royale, said there had been strong interest in the project from locals and interstate buyers.

“Royale’s apartments are among the largest for sale in the Gold Coast market and its exclusive absolute beachfront address and outstanding amenities make it a rare opportunity.”

Prices for the three-bedroom apartment residences start at $2.975m, while half-floor beach homes on the lower levels are from $5.75m, half-floor penthouses from $6.05m and full floor penthouses are priced from $12.6m.

Construction on the luxury tower is scheduled to start in July.
