Lakehouse sells out pre launch

-

ANEW development proposed for Robina has found its mark, with the project selling out within two weeks, and prior to its official launch.

All 20 of Marquee Development Partners’ luxury Lakehouse Residences at Robina have sold for a total $19.3m, with local and interstate buyers intending to take up residence.

Marquee sales manager Azura Griffen said the response highlighted how well the Gold Coast was performing.

“Despite reported market negativity, there is still serious demand for first-class product in great locations, delivered by experienced developers,” Ms Griffen said.

“Buyers are moving quickly and confidently on the right properties,” she said.

“Many are looking to lock in their purchase and capitalise on the likelihood of prices moving up due to a significant undersupply of dwellings, a booming population, and rising building costs further restricting future supply,’’ she said.

Lakehouse Residences is a boutique gated community on one of Robina’s last lakefront sites.

Residents will benefit from a collection of cafes, restaurants, retail shops and medical facilities mere steps from their front doors.

Marquee Development Partners has a number of high-profile projects under way across the Gold Coast, including its most recent offering Monterey, which has just been brought to market on the beachfront in Kirra.

Sol Kirra Beach, Palm Beach Residences, Northshore at Palm Beach, and One Cannes and Shoreline between Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise, are all sold out and at various stages of construction. They have also recently completed their fourth project on the coast, Cannes Waterfront.
