Sunrise or sunset? Buy your prime view in tower

- ALEISHA DAWSON

BUYERS will have a choice between a sunset or sunrise view in a new $395m tower on the Gold Coast. Main Beach’s newest luxury development, the Lagoon Main Beach, has unveiled a concept which allows buyers to buy a residence gazing over the horizon for their ideal view.

Delivered as a dual tower development, Lagoon is set to include the ‘Sunrise’ tower and ‘Sunset’ tower, each positioned to capture a contrast of sweeping views across the length of the Broadwater and the Hinterland, or the ocean from Stradbroke Island to Coolangatta. The Sunrise Tower, which will include a mix of two and three-bedroom apartments as well as a signature collection of residences across 31 levels, will provide residents with views of the beaches and waterways.

The Sunset Tower is set to rise 24 levels and will feature 116 apartments including one, two and three bedroom configurations while offering residents views of the Broadwater and Hinterland.

The towers will be built at 11-23 Cronin Ave with apartments starting at $850,000.

Drew Group managing director Jonathan Drew said Lagoon Main Beach will be a pair of towers that allows buyers the opportunity to purchase an apartment based on their preference of a sunrise or sunset view.

“Lagoon Main Beach is a truly unique offering and will provide residents with unrivalled views that stretch from the coastline to the Hinterland,” Mr Drew said.

“Residents can have the option to wake up to a glimmering view of the sun rising over the

Pacific, or, if they are more taken away by the sight of the sun setting over the Gold Coast

Hinterland and Broadwater, our Sunset tower can offer just that.

“Lagoon Main Beach has been specifically designed to offer residents premium spacious living, spectacular picturesque coastal, hinterland and broadwater views, state of the art amenities and real value for money.”

All up, the project will deliver 259 apartments in one, two and threebedroom configurations, plus a collection of 12 sky homes and three dual-level penthouses.

The project also comes with a range of amenities including a lagoon pool oasis with private cabanas, indoor and outdoor lounges, fitness centre, yoga deck, beach locker storage, business hub including work from home spaces and a heated spa.

Construction is set to start later this year with completion estimated for mid 2025.
